| 1 | Fixed Itineraries during vacations i.e. April-May, October-November & during x'mas vacation with A.P. Plan. | |
| 2 | In case of insufficient number of tourists or unforeseen circumstances the tour will be carried out by any other made of transport. | |
| 3 | In case of postponement or cancellation of transport & also the like in fuel charges, the tourists will have to bear the extra expenses incurred. | |
| 4 | The Organiser has the right to modify the route & change the hotel accommodation & type of food according to the circumstances & his decision will not be charged. | |
| 5 | Sightseeing Programme can be interchanged as per connevience. | |
| 6 | If A.C. Fails in the hotel we are not responsible for the same & no claims for refund will be entertained. | |
| 7 | Wild life parks will remain closed from June to October. | |
| 8 | Customised/ Individual Packages are available throughout the year. On request meals for customised/ Individual Packages can be arranged on C.P. (Bed & Breakfast), MAP (Breakfast & Dinner), A.P. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) | |
| 9 | Customised/ Individual Package itineraries can be reduced as per your convenience or you can select the destinations & do the booking. | |
| 10 | All the places hotels are available from Economy class to 3*,4* and 5*. | |
| 11 | Only, if you have chosen customised/ Individual package you are free to stay for more nights at the destination which you liked the most & also you will have no restrictions in sightseeing timings. | |
